Grilled Chicken Presto


Ingredients:
  • 1 piece of chicken, cut into portions
  • Water, as needed
  • Sweet soy sauce, as needed
  • Salt, as needed
  • 1tsp chicken seasoning powder
  • Margarine, for grilling

Blended ingredients:
  • 5 cloves of shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 cm tumeric
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 5 candlenuts
  • 3 galangal
  • 5cm greater galangal, sliced thinly

Instructions
  • Marinade the chicken with blended ingredients before putting it into Presto. Stir well and add sweet soy sauce, salt , chicken stock powder and water until the chicken is submerged.
  • Close the presto and cook the chicken for about 45 minutes until the chicken bone is tender.
  • If some water is left while the chicken bones are tender, cook the fish with the lid open.
  • Spread some margarine on chicken before grilling it.
  • Using Ultagrill, grill the chicken until it turns color.
  • Serve hot.
