Kalasan Fried Chiken


Ingredients :
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 30g shallots
  • 25g garlic
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 25g palm sugar
  • 10g sugar
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 liter coconut water
  • 3 cm galingale
  • Oil for frying

Directions :
  • Mash and mix all ingredients in mortar and pestle.
  • Add the chicken, seasonings and coconut water into Maxim Quattro. Heat for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes or chicken is cooked, take the chicken out and the chicken is ready to be deep-fried.
