Ingredients:
  • 800g glutinous rice
  • 750ml coconut milk
  • 100g white sugar
  • 250g palm sugar
  • 3 pandan leaves
  • water, as needed
  • ½ sdt salt

Instructions:
  • Wash and submerge glutinous rice for 2 hours.
  • In a saucepan, boil the coconut milk, sugars, pandan leaves and salt. Seive out the pandan leaves.
  • Add the glutinous rice and coconut milk mixture into the presto. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Turn off the fire and open the lid of presto when all the steam have escaped.
  • Cut the glutinous rice into diamond shape. Serve.
